If you know me, you may know that I have a fascination with nostalgia. Classic rock, old Hollywood, and the monumental moments of speech by historic thought leaders throughout the decades… these are a few of my favorite reminders. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
MLK, of course, is a man special and elevated. He spoke from and to the hearts of individuals of all creeds. Speaking of unity and equality, he is someone to be honored. As the same viscus blood runs through our veins, I am reminded today that I am a person amongst people, a dreamer in the dream, and an agent of good in the promised land. ⁣⁣
