PART FIVE

I am in the midst

of beginning a new chapter.

A crisp Page full of open lines,

yearning to be filled in.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I pause,

taking a memory

back to its bank

of motion full dreams

on the side of Mulberry Lake.

I place the energetic blueprint

of a past emotion

back in its original place.

I position its feelings

on the initial timeline’s date. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When I bring myself

into the mindful set

of seeing the power

of my inner visions,

I am free from Smokey the Bear’s

wildfire preventions;

I am free from the goop

that intended to dampen

my heart’s spark;

to keep my light

acting on its true path,

I recognize my surroundings,

yet do not let the sacrifice

of my inner balance be their effect. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I am Free!

So, I walk one step at a time

to my destination on the spirical line. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
