The fool is me;
It is not you.
I promised to stay selfish;
it was the only promise I followed all the way through.
I self-prophesied to be much at an age so little.
I would slowly carve away the stone,
because a shallow-soul is not one of a quitter.
I litter my peers with concern,
and I sprinkle them with disaster.
I wanted to be great,
but I turned out quite the latter.
